It is with deep regret and sadness that we inform you of the passing of Luigina Tedesco who is the grandmother of Kevin Gagliardi. Mrs. Tedesco was going to be honored by our Club on November the 9th as Eastchester Oldest citizen. She would have been 104 years old on November the 12th.
You may pay your condolences to Kevin and the Gagliardi family at Westchester Funeral Home Monday 10/17 from 2-4P.M. or 7-9P.M. Mrs. Tedesco's funeral will be at 10 A.M. tomorrow (Tuesday) at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Scarsdale.

October 5th, the Eastchester Historical Society will be giving a tour of Eastchester. We are meeting at the Eastchester Town Hall at 5pm. After the tour, we will have dinner at Ciao's and discuss what we learned about Eastchester.
October 12th, Club Assembly scheduled for this Wednesday....Please plan to attend.

Gold Star Mother Memorial!!
The Home of the Gold Star Mothers Tribute has been determined. The American Legion & VFW are in the process of obtaining funds for the memorial. Their new organization, The Home of the Gold Star Mothers Tribute, has been formed to complete the monument in Eastchester and to help all who would erect monuments all across this great nation. Any Mother that has lost a child should receive our tribute and love.

Need to make-up a few missed luncheons? Well, now you can with e-club. There are about 15 e-clubs...This convenience should help members out with their attendance. So, if you feel you are weak in attendance, feel free to look into the e-club.

The Rotary Club will be taking a tour of Eastchester given by the Eastchester Historical Society.
Oct. 12th
There is a Club Assembly scheduled for this Wednesday....Please plan to attend. Also, we are looking for ANY memorabilia pertaining to the Eastchester Rotary Club. We will be looking to house all the items we gather in one location. We ask that if you or your family have any items, to please bring them into our lunch meetings.
Oct. 19th
The guest speaker at our lunch at 12:15pm will be Steve Baker. He is an Iraqi veteran and was our Grand Marshall at the Labor Day Parade.
Oct. 26th
The guest speaker at our lunch at 12:15pm wil be Jack Scarangela. He will talk on Social Security.
